Post by: OllieC on July 06, 2017, 03:09:11 PM
Hi al!

Just wanted to take a quick minute to introduce our website AS3 Performance

We high quality performance motorcycle parts for a range of on and off road models. Our products fit a number of different brands including Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and loads more!

Based in Cumbria in the UK, we ship worldwide with customers around the globe. Our range of high performance parts are purpose made to fit that particular brand and model of bike.

Our biggest sellers include silicone radiator hoses (https://www.as3performance.co.uk/silicone-radiator-hoses/), radiator hose clip kits and brake lines (https://www.as3performance.co.uk/brake-lines/).

What does this have to do with electric motorcycles?

How should we handle vendors on the forums? Discuss.  Can let it be or will punt if needed.

FYI, none of our bikes have radiators, or radiator hoses.

Since he didn't even post it, this appears to be their website: https://www.as3performance.co.uk/ (https://www.as3performance.co.uk/) . I can't find anything there that interests me, but who knows? Maybe some of the dirt bike guys can find a sprocket here or something. They don't seem to have a "search by brand" category, though.

Ben, isn't the Brammo Empulse water-cooled?

As far as the greater question, personally I'm okay with a simple notice of a vendor, new or old, who may sell parts of interest for at least some of us...especially if they have a category for any of our manufacturers. I think that's something worth mentioning, and it's how I first heard of Twisted Throttle. I'd hate to see any sort of outright advertising posted, however.

While this mainly looks like a post looking for web traffic for their site, I'll point out that any distributor could probably make a good amount of sales by borrowing a Zero and working out fitment compatibility with Zero bikes. The wiki would be glad to list more vendor options.

I think bar risers offhand are the easiest to confirm on AS3. I'm not sure what else.
