Title: 2016 Victory Empulse TT - $7300 - Wisconsin

I saw this listed in my local Craigslist...  Madison WI area

I never saw it around town - though I had heard of some electric motorcycles on the far west side.

Bought at Jays in Reedsburg WI and paid 500.00 extra for bumper to bumper warranty in new condition.
Changed the transmission fluid at 581 miles no pieces of metal in oil.
