Title: Energica opens their second U.S. store
Post by: Richard230 on December 22, 2016, 08:58:21 PM
At least that is the way it looks in an ad in the January issue of the San Francisco publication City Bike magazine. Just below the review of the book Zero Below Zero on page 10, is an ad for Energica titled "Happy New Bike!". In that ad it lists two stores:  The original one, Galleria Energica at 53 Page Street in SF and a new one, "Energica Service", located at 815 Sweeney Avenue, Suite A (Bay A), Redwood City, CA 94063.  While this does sound like just a service center for Energica motorcycles, right above the listing of the two stores it does say: " Get your Energica at:"  So perhaps Energica's will be on display and be sold there too?   ???

Last time I was at the Sweeney location,   you were able to do demo rides and this was where you picked up your bike after purchase.  My bike is there now

I think I know what state the next official store/service-center will be but since it isn't official, i'll keep my mouth shut.  :)

When the two Energica guys showed up on one of our first Bay Area electric motorcycle rides, the first guy, Carter Sweet, who has owned Honda dealerships in the past, was stationed at the showroom in San Francisco, and the other, Jackson?, was stationed at the service center on the Peninsula.  He said we could stop by and charge anytime, but I never took him up on it.  Good to see this posting, now I have the address again, maybe I'll check in.

Oh, sweet, it's just a couple of blocks from TechShop.
