Title: Oxygen Cargo (Lepton like) : the display stay on "startup"

Have get an old Oxygen Cargo (almost the same as Lepton) . The Li-ion batteries are good but the little battery for "cpu " was broken. When putting the contact on off the scooter goes the display on ,shows the logo but afterwards only "Startup" .No errors or alarms and no reaction on the buttons mode - start and so on
When charging the display shows standby.
What can i do to solve the problem with the startup?
