Has anyone ever thought of trying this form of racing? There's always plenty of open records to shoot for and it's a lot of fun. The LTA's next event is Labor Day weekend. There are classes for any type of conversion, hotrod or OEM bike. I'll be trying to squeek out another 1.5 mph. Contact me if any questions - Doc - this means you!

I had a great weekend up at Loring Timing Association's "Harvest Event". After the July event I made some relatively minor aero improvements while retaining stock bodywork. I upped my record several times, this is the last run:
