Title: UK Re-entry
Post by: mikeisted on June 27, 2015, 04:00:01 AM
Did anyone else get an email today about Zero selecting dealerships in London with an invite to test ride the 2015 range on July 5th?

Here's the email from Erik Huisinga:

Dear Zero Motorcycles enthusiast,

Your requests for returning to the UK have been overwhelming & thank you all for your support.
While we are recruiting dealers in the London area we cannot ignore the great response from potential customers in the UK and London who want to try our products.
So we are pleased to invite you to try our range and to get a feel of our fantastic new motorcycles.

A demo day is being organized in the London area on Sunday July the 5th. We will let you know the location after your confirmation –so this message is just for you to keep that date free.

Zero motorcycles have fully matured over the last few years. Our latest models are all equipped with Bosch ABS, fully adjustable Showa suspension and Pirelli tyres, not to mention great range and stunning performance.

If you would like to join us, then please respond with YES.

We look forward to meeting you and don’t forget to bring your riding gear and valid driver’s license.

Best regards,
Team Zero Motorcycles Europe

Cheers. Hopefully Streetbike in Birmingham, who are the current service center, will become a dealer again as well...
Going down to London to get a bike would be annoying.

But understandable as a point of re-entry, biggest city with a lot of commuters. Create a bridgehead in London and spread out from there.

For the demo day I'm guessing the'll truck a load of Zero's from the Netherlands to London.

Yeah I'm toying with the idea of going down. I'll just have to wangle a cheeky invite.

I'm sure all are welcome.  Just email Erik.  Unfortunately I can't make it - a bit gutted.

CURSES!
It would have been good to meet up with you.
I'll have to plan to swing by yours on the way home from Tretower on the 12th if possible.
