Title: Zero S - 2011 -Changing BMS Parameter
Post by: Greenroad on December 29, 2014, 02:32:07 PM
Hello
how could i change the voltage Settings on the Zero BMS:
I found out, that my Zero cuts of the battery at an cell Voltage with 3,3V - thats about at 46V.
I like to go down at about 42V - minimum 3V each cell.

The problem is, with the aging of the pack, the battery voltage could fall easilier down, and so it would good, if it would possible to change this somewhere.
I try to find anywhere the possibility to change this - but no idea where.
I calibrate allready the Battery pack voltage.
I can get out at the pack about 64Ah - until cut off.

this are my battery status - at the moment the Zero gives an undervoltage failure code and switch off:
ZERO MBB> bms

DrBass may be able to answer this one as he had a 2011 and did some mods to the battery pack.
