Title: Onboard charger starts but not charging
Post by: evtricity on October 31, 2014, 03:52:14 AM
I'm trying to charge my SR using the standard charger and after turning on,  the green light on the dash flashes three times and then stops. It then tries to restart again maybe 20 seconds later but goes through the same 3 flashes and does nothing other than clicking each time.

I think it may be a blown fuse that occurred while simultaneously using the quick charger but I'm not sure as I can't find the charger  fuses.

Any ideas on what's happening here as I'm unable to charge the bike at all.

Page 92 from pdf of manual (on zero's page) or 5.28 if you have a paper version.

I attached a screen capture for you.

Thanks, unfortunately the owners manual is not correct for my Zero SR fuses.

Turns out there is one 100A fuse for both onboard and fast charger - both cables go through the one fuse.

Here is a picture.

I can now see how the Chademo charger could charge up to 100A and recharge the 100Ah battery in one hour via this fuse!

Did you ever figure out what was causing this issue? My bike has the same symptoms
