I just discovered that the 2013 powertrain parts or kit seem appearing on their website!

This brochure seems to be the same content as the first one that I ordered my 2013 Powertrain kit (for the trike conversion) from, but they have definitely fancied it up a lot (photos and all). It is nice to see physically what you are going to get.
The original 2013 Powertrain brochure was mostly just a list with prices.
It doesn't look like the prices have gone up from the first brochure. I downloaded and saved the original so I will be able to compare. The kit I purchased was the #2 and the price of it is still the same.
I also purchased the DC-DC converter and the 12V lighting harness. Those were price listed in the original brochure and I notice those prices are not listed in the new one. When I bought the 12V harness it was $99 but I was told it was going up to $250 or something in that neighborhood. I thought $99 was more in line with what I was getting, Maybe a little more but I can't see over $200 as value.

I just purchased and received the wiring harness for my '13DS. It did not come with any instructions for installation but it does have three automotive type output connectors and one SAE type connector, all in a "Y" configuration terminating in a single male automotive type plug which plugs into the bikes 12 volt source. It would be good to know what brand and type of connectors are used so terminations could be made to the connectors. I plan on using the Powerlet sockets because the cigarette lighter sockets are useless for motorcycles due to vibration.

thinking if I cant get the motorcycle , maybe build my own with zero powertrain.
wonder if it fit in an Suzuki SV650S, my 2002 models getting old and needs replacing.
any know what to look for in a doner bike?

Answering two different peoples questions.
Connectors: On the Powertrain harness where the connectors plugged directly into Zero's modules or other Zero supplied parts like the throttle, the mating connectors were on the other part. In the case of where I had to wire to non-Zero components like lights etc., I had to cut off Zero's connectors and replace with Molex connectors which were not weather proof like the ones Zero uses. :( I have suggested to Zero that they supply the mating connectors with short "pigtails" on them. I'm guessing they are going to do that, and may have already started, but it was too late for my use.
Selling to individuals vs businesses: Yes I did buy the Powertrain as an individual but I had developed a working relationship with Zero engineering and some other personnel at Zero and I have assumed that relationship assisted in their deciding to sell to me. I did have to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Also my request to purchase power components, by pure accident, came at the same time that they decided to market the Powertrains and they had not publicized it yet. They probably had not yet formalized a solid policy about their marketing. As I understand it now, their intent is to get the Powertrain into use by manufactures of other battery operated hardware and not to supply individual "one off" projects.
I am very fortunate to have the Zero Powertrain kit for use in my trike's e-conversion and my hope is that as the company grows they will add a department to sell to individuals and to assist them in implementation of the product. It could be assumed that if this comes to pass, the Powertrain kits would cost more for individuals than for companies wanting to develop products using the Powertrains.
